Εὐνούχοις τοῖς ἐκ φύσεως κακίας σημεῖά ἐστι κἀκείνοις ἢ ἄλλοις ἀνθρώποις καὶ ὡς τὸ πολύ εἰσιν Matr. οὗτοι ὠμόφρονες, δολεροί τε καὶ κακοῦργοι, ἕτεροι δὲ ἑτέρων μᾶλλον. τῶν δὲ 〈τομιῶν〉 εὐνούχων μεταβάλλει ἅμα τῇ τομῇ σημεῖα, τὸ δὲ πλέον τῆς συγγενοῦς φύσεως ἐμμένει.
