Εὐνούχοις τοῖς ἐκ φύσεως κακίω σημεῖά ἐστιν ἢ τοῖς ἄλλοις ἀνθρώποις, καὶ ὡς τὸ πολύ εἰσιν ὡμό- φρονες, δολεροί, κακοῦργοι, ἕτεροι δὲ ἑτέρων μᾶλλον. τῶν δὲ τομιῶν εὐνούχων ἔνια μεταβάλλει ἄμα τῇ τομῇ σημεῖα, 〈τὸ〉 δὲ πλεῖον τῆς συγγενοῦς φύσεως ἐμμένει.
