Ϲειρήν. οὐδὲν εἰϲ ην λῆγον ὑπὲρ μίαν ϲυλλαβὴν ὀξυνόμενον θηλυκόν, μόνον δὲ τὸ εἴρην. ὁπότε δὲ καὶ μελίϲϲηϲ εἶδοϲ ϲημαίνει, ἀρϲενικῶϲ ἁπλῶϲ λεγόμενον οὐ κεκοινώνηκε. διὸ καὶ οἱ ἁδένεϲ ἀρϲενικῶϲ λεγόμενοι παρ’ Ἱπποκράτει ἀναλόγωϲ λέγονται.
