109. Steph. B. 407, 11: ὁ Λακεδαιμόνιοϲ λέγεται καὶ κατὰ ϲυγκοπὴν Λάκων, ὡϲ Ἀπολλόδωρόϲ φηϲιν, ὡϲ τοῦ Κυδωνιᾶται τὸ Κύδωνεϲ. ἔοικε δὲ πρωτότυπον εἷναι καὶ οὐ ϲυγκοπή. τινὲϲ δὲ τὸ Λάκων ὑποκοριϲτικόν κοριϲτικόν φαϲιν.
