217a. Theogn. 36, 27: τὸ Ἀλκμάν, εἰ παρὰ τὴν ἀκμήν ἐγένετο, πεπλεόνακε τὸ λ, εἰ δὲ παρὰ τὴν ἀλκήν, πεπλεόνακε τὸ μ, εἰ δὲ παρὰ τὸ ἄλκιμοϲ, ἐν ϲυγκοπῇ γέγονε. οὕτωϲ Ἡρωδιανὸϲ ἐν τῇ καθόλου.
