δατητήϲ: παρὰ τοῖϲ Ἀττικοῖϲ ὁ διανεμητήϲ. Ἀριϲτοτέληϲ « τίνεϲ οἱ δατηταί ». Ἀπολλόδωροϲ διὰ τοῦ ϲ φηϲί· παρὰ τὸ δαίω δαϲτόϲ καὶ ῥῆμα δαϲτῶ ὁ παρακείμενοϲ δεδάϲτηται καὶ ἐνδείᾳ τοῦ ϲ δεδάτηται, ἀφ’ οὖ ὸνομα δατητήϲ ὡϲ πεποίηται ποιητήϲ.
