ἐΐϲκω κατὰ διαίρεϲιν «ἐΐϲκω πηγεϲιμάλλῳ» (Ιl. Γ 197), τὸ δὲ «ἴϲκοντεϲ» (Λ 799) διὰ τοῦ ι γραπτέον. οὐδέποτε γὰρ τὰ εἰϲ ϲκω ῥήματα κοινὰ ὄντα διφθόγγῳ τῇ διὰ τοῦ ι παραλήγεται.
