δεῖν. δίφθογγοϲ. ϲημαίνει δὲ τὸ δέον. γράφεται δὲ διὰ τῆϲ ει διφθόγγου, ἐπειδὴ ἀπὸ τοῦ δέον γέγονε δεῖν ὡϲ πλέον πλεῖν οἷον δεῖν γενέϲθαι ἀντὶ τοῦ πρέπον γενέϲθαι.
