Πᾶν τοίνυν ἐγκλιτικὸν μόριον ἢ μονοϲύλλαβόν ἐϲτιν ἢ διϲύλλαβον καὶ πᾶν ἐγκλιτικὸν ὑπὲρ μίαν ϲυλλαβὴν ἢ δίχρονον ἢ τρίχρονόν ἐϲτιν.
