Ὀκτὼ δὲ ὄντων τῶν μερῶν τοῦ λόγου τὰ πέντε ἐγκλίνονται, ὄνομα, ῥῆμα, ἀντωνυμία, ἐπίρρημα, ϲύνδεϲμοϲ. Πάλιν τῶν ἐγκλινομένων τὰ μὲν χάριν κόϲμου ἐγκλίνονται, ὡϲ τὰ ῥήματα καὶ οἱ ϲύνδεϲμοι, τὰ δὲ ϲημαϲίαϲ, ὡϲ τὰ λοιπά.
