Δίκα δὲ λάμπει μὲν ἐν
δυσκάπνοις δώμασιν,
τὸν δ᾽ ἐναίσιμον τίει [βίον].
τὰ χρυσόπαστα δ᾽ ἔδεθλα σὺν πίνῳ χερῶν
παλιντρόποις
ὄμμασι λιποῦσ᾽, ὅσια προσέμολε
δύναμιν οὐ σέβουσα πλού-
του παράσημον αἴνῳ:
πᾶν δ᾽ ἐπὶ τέρμα νωμᾷ.
