37. (VI, 167) Σοὶ, μάκαρ αἰγίκναμε, παράκτιον ἐς περιωπὰν τὸν τράγον, ὠ δισσᾶς ἁγέτα θηροσύνας — σοὶ γὰρ καστορίδων ὑλακὰ καὶ τρίστομος αἰχμὴ εὔαδε, καὶ ταχινῆς ἔργα λαγωσφαγίης, δίκτυά τ’ ἐν ῥοθίοις ἁπλούμενα, καὶ καλαμευτὰς κάμνων, καὶ μογερῶν πεῖσμα σαγηνοβόλων — ἄνθετο δὲ Κλεόνικος, ἐπεὶ καὶ πόντιον ἄγραν ἄνυε, καὶ πτῶκας πολλάκις ἐξεσόβει.
