ὑπὸ γὰρ ταύτης γίνεται τὰ ἐνθάδε τῇ προσόδῳ καὶ ἀφόδῳ τοῦ ἡλίου μάλιστα ἢ ὑπ᾿ αὐτοῦ γινόμενα καὶ τοῦ ἐνθάδε νοῦ ἢ ὑπὸ τούτων μὲν καὶ τῆς τούτων κινήσεως ἡ φύσις γίνεται, αὐτὴ δὲ τὰ καθέκαστα μετὰ τοῦ νοῦ διοικεῖ.
