Ἔσται ἄρα τὸ ἐνδεχόμενον οὐκ ἀναγκαῖον. ἔδειξε, τίνος χάριν τὴν ἀκολουθίαν ἔλαβε τῶν προτάσεων, ὅτι τοῦ δεῖξαι εὐλόγως ἐν τῷ τοῦ ἐνδεχομένου ὁρισμῷ κείμενον τὸ οὗ μὴ ὄντος ἀναγκαίου ὑποτεθέντος δὲ εἶναι οὐδὲν ἀδύνατον ἕπεται· οὔτε γὰρ ἀναγκαῖον οὔτε ἀδύνατον τὸ ἐνδεχόμενον.
