Εἰ δὲ τὸ Δ καὶ τὸ Η ταὐτόν. Δείκνυσι πάλιν ἐπὶ μέρους ἀποφατικὸν γινόμενον συμπέρασμα, εἰ τῶν Δ τι, ἃ ἦν μὴ ὑπάρχοντα τῷ Α, ταὐτόν τινι ληφθείη τῶν Η, οἷς εἴπετο τὸ E. τὸ γὰρ Α τῷ Η οὐδενί, ὅτι οὐδὲ τῷ Δ, ταὐτὸν δὲ τὸ Δ τῷ Η· τὸ δέ γε E παντὶ τῷ Η· ἐξ ὧν ἐν τρίτῳ σχήματι συνάγεται τὸ Α τινὶ τῷ E μὴ ὑπάρχον. ἐπεὶ γὰρ ἕπεται τῷ Η τὸ E καὶ περιέχει αὐτὸ καὶ ὢ κατὰ παντὸς λέγεται τὸ E τοῦ Η, καὶ ἀντιστρέψαντι ἀληθὲς ἔσται τὸ ’H τινὶ τῷ E ὑπάρχει᾿· ἀντιστρέφει γὰρ ἡ ἐπὶ μέρους καταφατικὴ τῇ καθό- λοῦ· οὕτως δὲ ἐχουσῶν τῶν προτάσεων συνάγεται τὸ τὸ Α τινὶ τῷ E μὴ ὑπάρχειν ἐν πρώτῳ σχήματι.
