Διὰ μὲν οὖν ταύτην τὴν αἰτίαν. Ποῖαν αἰτίαν; τὴν ἐκ τῶν ὀνομάτων, δηλονότι τὴν ἐκ τῆς ὁμωνυμίας, καὶ τὰς μελλούσας λεχθῆναι τῶν λοιπῶν δώδεκα τρόπων. ἔστιν ἐν συλλογισμοῖς καὶ ἐλέγχοις, ὡς εἴρηται, καὶ τὸ φαινόμενον καὶ τὸ ἀληθές, τὸ μὲν σοφιστικὸν ὂν τὸ δὲ ἐπιστημονικόν.
