καὶ δὴ ἐλθὼν εἰς Μυκήνας Πυλάδῃ μὲν τὴν ἀδελφὴν Ἠλέκτραν συζεύγνυσιν, αὐτὸς δὲ γήμας Ἑρμιόνην, ἢ κατά τινας Ἠριγόνην, τεκνοῖ Τισαμενόν,καὶ δηχθεὶς ὑπὸ ὄφεως ἐν Ὀρεστείῳ τῆς Ἀρκαδίας θνήσκει.
