93. πέμψω δ’ ἐς Σπάρτην τε καὶ ἐς Πύλον ἠμαθόεντα †) τινὲς πέμψω δ’ ἐς Κρήτην τε. καὶ ἡ Ἀθηνᾶ ἀλλαχοῦ (284) πρῶτα μὲν ἐς Πύλον ἐλθὲ . . κεῖθεν δὲ Κρήτηνδε (codd. δ’ ἐς Κρήτην, corr. Buttmannus) παρ’ Ἰδομενῆα ἄνακτα· ὃ γὰρ δεύτατος ἦλθεν Ἀχαιῶν χαλκοχιτώνων. HMQ. Sic Zenodotum legisse ex schol. ad γ 313 apparet, cf. Duentzerum l. c. 104 p. Fuit igitur Aristarchi diple periestigmene. cf. β 359. δ 702, ubi sunt Ar. verba: ὅτι οὐδὲ ἐνταῦθα μνήμη τίς ἐστι τῆς Κρήτης. Zenodoti lectionem vituperat Eust. 1394, 43.
