Ἴακχʼ ὦ Ἴακχε.
Ἴακχʼ ὦ Ἴακχε.
τοῦτʼ ἔστʼ ἐκεῖνʼ ὦ δέσποθʼ· οἱ μεμυημένοι
ἐνταῦθά που παίζουσιν, οὓς ἔφραζε νῷν.
ᾄδουσι γοῦν τὸν Ἴακχον ὅνπερ Διαγόρας.
κἀμοὶ δοκοῦσιν. ἡσυχίαν τοίνυν ἄγειν
βέλτιστόν ἐσθʼ, ἕως ἂν εἰδῶμεν σαφῶς.
