4 τὸ δὲ καλούμενον μεσεντέριον ἔστι μὲν ὑμήν, διατείνει δὲ συνεχὲς ἀπὸ τῆς τῶν ἐντέρων παρατάσεως εἰς τὴν φλέβα τὴν μεγάλην καὶ τὴν ἀορτήν, πλῆρες ὄν φλεβῶν πολλῶν καὶ πυκνῶν, αἳ τείνουσιν ἀπὸ τῶν ἐντέρων εἰς τε τὴν μεγάλην φλέβα καὶ τὴν ἀορτήν.
