διαιρεῖται ὁ ψευδόμενος εἰς δύο. ὁ μὲν γὰρ ἑκὼν ψεύδεται, ὁ δὲ ἄκων. ὁ μὲν οὖν ἑκὼν ψευδόμενος ἐξαπατᾷ τινας καὶ ἄλλοις ἀπάτην ἐμποιεῖ, ὁ δὲ ἄκων ψευδόμενος αὐτὸς ἐξηπατημένος ψεύδεται ἀπὸ τῆς ἐν αὐτῷ ἀπάτης οὔσης.
