πάλιν δʼ ἀποφαινόμενος περὶ τοῦ πλήθους, ὡς αὐτῷ δεῖ χρῆσθαι· δῆμος δʼ ὧδʼ ἂν ἄριστα σὺν ἡγεμόνεσσιν ἕποιτο, μήτε λίαν ἀνεθεὶς μήτε βιαζόμενος. τίκτει γὰρ κόρος ὕβριν, ὅταν πολὺς ὄλβος ἕπηται ἀνθρώποισιν, ὅσοις μὴ νόος ἄρτιος ᾖ.
