αἱ δὲ κληρωταὶ ἀρχαὶ πρότερον μὲν ἦσαν αἱ μὲν μετʼ ἐννέα ἀρχόντων ἐκ τῆς φυλῆς ὅλης κληρούμεναι, αἱ δʼ ἐν Θησείῳ κληρούμεναι διῃροῦντο εἰς τοὺς δήμους· ἐπειδὴ δʼ ἐπώλουν οἱ δῆμοι, καὶ ταύτας ἐκ τῆς φυλῆς ὅλης κληροῦσι, πλὴν βουλευτῶν καὶ φρουρῶν· τούτους δʼ εἰς τοὺς δήμους ἀποδιδόασι.
