Ἔτι δὲ τῶν ἀγαθῶν τὰ μὲν ἡμᾶς καὶ κτήσασθαι καὶ ἀποβαλεῖν, ὡς πλοῦτον· τὰ δὲ κτήσασθαι μέν, ἀποβαλεῖν δ’ οὐ, ὡς εὐτυχίαν, ἀθανασίαν· τὰ δὲ ἀποβαλεῖν μέν, κτήσασθαι δ’ οὐ, ὡς αἴσθησιν, ὡς τὸ ζῆν· τὰ δ’ οὔτε κτήσασθαι οὔτ’ ἀποβαλεῖν, ὡς εὐγένειαν.
