Τετράδην καὶ παρασκευὴν νήστευε, τὰς δὲ ἄλλας ἡμέρας ἐξουσίαν ἔχεις, κἂν θέλῃς νήστευε, κἂν θέλῃς μὴ <νήστευε>. Ὥσπερ ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς τὸν ἄνθρωπον κατὰ φύσιν τὸ ἀναπνέειν, οὕτως ἐποίησεν ἁρμόζειν καὶ τὰς γυναῖκας ἵνα πάντοτε νηστεύωσι.
