Ταῦτά φησιν ὁ Πολυίστωρ Ἀλέξανδρος τὸν Βήρωσσον ἐν τῇ πρώτῃ φάσκειν (fr. 1). ἐν δὲ τῇ δευτέρᾳ τοὺς δέκα βασιλεῖς τῶν Χαλδαίων καὶ τὸν χρόνον τῆς βασιλείας αὐτῶν, σάρους ἑκατὸν εἴκοσιν, ἤτοι ἐτῶν μυριάδας τεσσαράκοντα τρεῖς καὶ δύο χιλιάδας, ἕως τοῦ κατακλυσμοῦ· λέγει γὰρ κτλ. (Vide fragm. 7).
