Μνημονεύει δὲ τοῦ πατρὸς ἡμῶν Ἀβράμου Βηρωσσὸς οὐκ ὀνομάζων, λέγων δὲ οὕτως· «Μετὰ τὸν κατακλυσμὸν δεκάτῃ γενεᾷ, παρὰ Χαλδαίοις τις ἦν δίκαιος ἀνὴρ καὶ μέγας καὶ τὰ οὐράνια ἔμπειρος.»
