Διὰ τί ἐπὶ τῶν ἧπαρ ἢ σπλῆνα ἢ πνεύμονα πασχόντων, ἐπὶ τὸ πεπονθὸς ῥᾴων ἡ κατάκλισις; καὶ μὴν ἐχρῆν ἐπιθλιβομένων τῶν μερῶν σφοδρύνεσθαι τὰ ἀλγήματα. ἀλλὰ ῥητέον, ὅτι ἐπὶ τὸ ἐναντίον εἰ γένοιτο ἡ κατάκλισις, ὡς ἐκκρεμασμός τις γίνεται. ἐκκρεμαμένων δὲ τῶν πεπονθότων, μείζων ἡ κατάκλισις γίνεται.
