Ὧδε ἡ ὑπομονὴ τοῦ ὀνόματος αὐτοῦ. Οἱ μὲν ἀσεβεῖς, φησὶ, δι’ αἰῶνος ἐν τῷ μέλλοντι βασανισθήσονται, οἱ δὲ ἅγιοι ὧδε τὴν τῆς ὑπομονῆς καρτερίαν ἐπιδείκνυνται, ἐν χρόνῳ ταχέως παραρρέοντι, τὰς θείας ἐντολὰς καὶ τὴν εἰς Χριστὸν πίστιν ἄσυλον φυλάττοντες.
