Καὶ ἐκ τοῦ στόματος αὐτοῦ. Ἡ ῥομφαία αὕτη δηλοῖ τὴν ἐπαχθησομένην τοῖς ἀσεβέσι καὶ ἁμαρτωλοῖς κόλασιν κατὰ δίκαιον κρίμα καὶ πρόσταγμα ἐκ τοῦ θείου στόματος ἐκφερόμενον, δι’ οὗ τῇ ἀθραύστῳ τῶν ἀπεράντων κολάσεων πρὸς ἀνενεργησίαν τῆς πολυσχεδοῦς κακίας ποιμαν- θήσονται. τὴν δὲ ληνὸν τοῦ οἴνου τοῦ θυμοῦ πατεῖ, ὅτι ὁ Πατὴρ οὐ κρίνει οὐδένα, ἀλλ’ αὐτῷ τὴν κρίσιν ὡς ἀνθρώπῳ δέδωκεν, ἣν φυσικῶς ὡς Υἱὸς ἀρχῆθεν ἐκέκτητο.
