Πάλιν οὖν προσκαλεσάμενος οὓς μετεστήσατο “Μιθριδάτην μὲν” εἶπεν “ἀφίημι, καὶ ἀπίτω τῆς ὑστεραίας ἐπὶ τὴν σατραπείαν τὴν ἰδίαν δῶρα παρ’ ἐμοῦ λαβών· Χαιρέας δὲ καὶ Διονύσιος λεγέτωσαν ἑκάτερος ἅπερ ἔχει δίκαια περὶ τῆς γυναικός· προνοεῖσθαι γάρ με δεῖ τῆς θυγατρὸς Ἑρμοκράτους τοῦ καταπολεμήσαντος Ἀθηναίους
