Φύσει θεὸς ὁ Χριστὸς ὑπάρχων καὶ φύσει ἄνθρωπος οἰκονομικῶς λέγεται βασιλεύς, τοῦτ' ἔστιν ὡς ἄνθρωπος. διὰ τοῦτο οἱ δίκαιοι ἐπεύχονται ἑαυτοῖς τοῦτο ὑπάρξειν, ἔτι δὲ καὶ τοῖς ἀπίστοις, ἵνα ὁρῶντες καὶ πιστεύοντες εἰς αὐτὸν οἰκεῖον ἑαυτῶν ἕξωσι βασιλέα.
