Mt 17, 5 Αὐτοῦ προστέταχεν ἀκούειν, ἐπειδήπερ οὐ νομικοῖς ἔτι πείθεσθαι γράμμασιν ἡμᾶς θελητὸν τῷ θεῷ καὶ πατρί, ἀλλ' οὐδὲ ταῖς ἐν τύπῳ σκιαγραφίαις, ἕπεσθαι δὲ μᾶλλον τοῖς διὰ τοῦ σωτῆρος ἡμῖν ἐντεταλμένοις οὐκ ἐξωθουμένων Μωσέως τε καὶ τῶν προφητῶν· συμπαρειστήκεσαν γὰρ καὶ συνελάλουν αὐτῷ, ἵν' ἡ μὲν παράστασις τὴν οἰκετικὴν ἡμῖν σημαίνῃ λειτουργίαν, τὸ δέ γε συλλαλεῖν τὴν εἰς Χριστὸν οἰκειότητα καὶ οἱονεὶ τὴν ταὐτολογίαν.
