1] Τὰ ἄλευρα ἀβλαβῆ διαμένει ἐπὶ χρόνον, δᾳδίων λιπαρῶν συγκοπέντων καὶ ἐμβληθέντων εἰς αὐτά. 2] Τινὲς δὲ κύμινον καὶ ἅλας ἐξ ἴσου τρίψαντες καὶ μάζας ποιήσαντες ξηρὰς ἐντιθέασιν εἰς τὰ ἄλευρα.
