[159 N.] — — 17 ὅκωσπερ περὶ κιναδέων τε καὶ ἑρπετέων 〈νόμοι〉 γεγράφαται τῶν πολεμίων, οὕτω καὶ κατὰ ἀνθρώπων· δοκεῖ μοι χρεὼν εἶναι ποιεῖν· κατὰ νόμους τοὺς πατρίους κτείνειν πολέμιον ἐν παντὶ κόσμῳ, ἐν ὦι μὴ όμος ἀπείργει· ἐκνόμως δὲ ἀπείργει ἱερὰ ἑκάστοισι ἐπιχώρια καὶ σπονδαὶ καὶ ὅρκοι.
