Λιβυκῶν τρίτῳ, ὡς Δημοσθένης, ᾧ μεμφόμενος Πο-
λύβιος ἐν τῷ δωδεκάτῳ ὧδε γράφει· «Ἀγνοεῖ δὲ μεγάλως
καὶ τὰ περὶ τῶν Χαλκείων· οὔτε γὰρ πόλις ἐστὶν, ἀλλὰ
χαλκουργεῖα.»
