Ἀπεθέμην τὰ πολλὰ τῶν τὴν πήραν βαρυνόντων, πίνακα μὲν διδαχθεὶς ἐν ἄρτῳ τὸ κοῖλον εἶναι, ποτήριον δὲ τὰς χεῖρας. καὶ οὐκ ἔστιν αἰσχύνη τὸν ἐπιστάτην εἰπεῖν ὅτι παῖς ἦν ἔτι, οὐκ ἔδει δὲ τὴν εὕ́ρεσιν εὔχρηστον οὖσαν διὰ τὴν ἡλικίαν παρελθεῖν, ἀλλὰ προσδέξασθαι.
