153 σκορδόπρασον φύεται ὡς πράσον μέγα μετέχον τῆς τοῦ πράσου καὶ σκόρδου ποιότητος, ὅθεν καὶ τὴν δύναμιν μικτὴν ἔχει, ποιοῦν ὅσα καὶ τὸ πράσον καὶ τὸ σκόρδον, ἀνειμένως μέντοι. λαχανεύεται δὲ εἰς βρῶσιν ὡς τὸ πράσον ἑψόμενον καὶ ἀπογλυκαινόμενον.
