2 δύναται δὲ θερμαίνειν, οὖρα κινεῖν ξηρὰ ποτιζομένη. καὶ τὸ ἀπόζεμα δὲ αὐτῆς τὸ αὐτὸ δύναται ποιεῖν καὶ πρὸς πλευρᾶς πόνον, ἔμμηνά τε ἄγει καὶ ἀντιδότοις μείγνυται. δολοῦται δὲ ὀξυμυρσίνης ῥίζης παραμειγνυμένης. εὐχερὴς δὲ ἡ ἐπίγνωσις αὐτῆς ἐστι· σκληραὶ γάρ εἰσιν αὗται καὶ δύσθραυστοι, δίχα εὐωδίας.
