θεῖον ἄπυρον σὺν κηρῷ καὶ ῥητίνῃ, ἱππολαπάθου ἢ ἀγρίου λαπάθου ῥίζα ὠμὴ καὶ ἑφθὴ σὺν ὄξει, κάρδαμον σὺν ὄξει· κυπαρίσσου σφαιρία χλωρὰ καθεψηθέντα σὺν ὄξει καὶ λεανθέντα σὺν θέρμοις πικροῖς, λινόσπερμον σὺν καρδάμῳ 〈ἴσῳ〉 καὶ μέλιτι, πίσσα ἐν ὄξει ἑψηθεῖσα καὶ ἐπιτεθεῖσα· σανδαράκη, ἄσβεστος καὶ τρὺξ κεκαυμένη σὺν πίσσῃ ἢ ἰξῷ, στυπτηρία σὺν ὕδατι, πίσσα ὑγρὰ σὺν κηρῷ, ἀρσενικὸν σὺν ὄξει, ἰξὸς σὺν κονίᾳ.
