19. (30). Φρόντιζε, ὅπως σε μὴ τὰ ἐν τῇ γαστρὶ σιτία ἐπαίρῃ, ἀλλʼ ἡ ἐν τῇ ψυχῇ εὐφρασία· ἐπεὶ τὰ μὲν ἀποσκυβαλίζεται καὶ συνεκρεῖ ὁ † ἔπαινος, ἡ δέ, κἂν ἡ ψυχὴ χωρισθῇ, διὰ παντὸς ἀκήρατος μένει.
