κατηγορουμένης φύσεως καὶ οὐ κατ' αὐτὸ ἢ καὶ αὐτὸς προσαγορευομένης. κἂν κατὰ διάνοιαν δέ τ ι ἐκβιάζηται ἡ πρώτη σύστασις τοῦ ἀπογεγεννημένου, μὴ ἐξ ἀνάγκης μέχρι τωνδί τινων τοιοῦδε ἀπογεννωμένου ἀλλὰ μέχρι μὲν τοῦ ψυχὴν γενέσθαι ἢ καὶ τοσαυτηνὶ διάθεσιν καὶ κίνησιν ἔχουσαν ψυχὴν ἐξ ἀνάγκης τοιοῦ δε ἀπογεν νωμένου ἐκ τῶν το ιουτωνί, μ έχρι δὲ τοῦ τοιανδὶ ψυχὴν ἢ τοι ανδὶ οὐκ ἐξ ἀνάγκ ης τοιοῦ δε ἀπογ ε ν νωμένου ἢ οὐκ ἐπειδ ὰν προβῆι γε τῆι ἡλικία ι τοιοῦδε ἀπογεννωμένου κα τ' ἀνάγκην ἀλλ' ἐξ ἑαυτοῦ δυναμέ νου δ αν α ἐκβ ιά ζητ αι ω τηλ πε
