περὶ δὲ τῶν ἀγγέλων οἱ πατέρες οἱ ἐν Λαοδικείᾳ συνελθόντες— πάντως γὰρ ὅτι διὰ τοιαύτην ὑπόθεσιν συνήχθησαν—λέγουσιν· „εἴ τις ἐγκαταλείπει τὴν ἐκκλησίαν τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ ἀγγέλους ὀνομάζει, ἀνάθεμα ἔστω· ὅτι ἐγκατέλιπε τὸν κύριον ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦν Χριστὸν καὶ εἰδωλολατρείᾳ προσελήλυθε“.
