Λιβάνιον δὲ Ἀντιόχεια μὲν ἤνεγκεν ἡ τῆς Κοίλης κα- κιτνέβγς Σθρίας Συρίας πρώτη τῶν πόλεων, Σελεύκου τοῦ Νικά- τορος ἐπικληθέντος ἔργον. ἦν δὲ τῶν εὖ γεγονότων καὶ εἰς τοὺς ἄκρους ἐτέλει.
