εἴπερ γὰρ εἴσω γῆς ἀκοντίζουσʼ ἀραί,
κλύει. σὺ δʼ, ὦ Ζεῦ πρόγονε καὶ Δίκης σέβας,
δότʼ εὐτυχῆσαι τῷδʼ ἐμοί τε τῇδέ τε·
τρισσοῖς φίλοις γὰρ εἷς ἀγών, δίκη μία,
ἢ ζῆν ἅπασιν ἢ — θανεῖν ὀφείλεται.
