οἱ δὲ δαιμόνων ὑπηρέται πληγέντες ὥσπερ ὑπό τινος καυτῆρος τὰς φρένας, οἱ ἀμφὶ τὸν ἡγεμόνα στρατιῶται, σπαράττουσι παίοντες κατὰ πρόσωπον καὶ χαμαὶ κείμενον τοῖς ποσὶ καταπατοῦντες πιεσμοῖς τε τὸ στόμα καὶ τὰ χείλη διασπῶντες· ἃ δὴ πάντα ἀνδρειότατα ὑποστάς, τέως μὲν εἰς τὸν τῆς εἱρκτῆς σκοτεινὸν μυχὸν ἀνελαμβάνετο,
