‘Αλλὰ καὶ ὁ κατ’ ἀρετὴν βίος ἥ τε κατὰ εύδέβειαν πολιτεία ὥσπερ τοῖς ἔθνεσιν ἅπασι διὰ τῆς τοῦ Χριστοῦ νουθεσίας κεκήρυκται δίχα τῆς κατὰ Μωσἐα διαταγῆς, οὕτως καὶ τοῖς παλαιοῖς ἐκείνοις ὁ αὐτὸς τῆς εὐσεβείας κατωρθοῦτο τρόπος.
