Ὅτι περὶ τὴν Ἀραβίαν ἡ γῆ τῶν ἑτέρων κελαινῶν Αἰθιόπων, ἤγουν τῶν ἀνατολικωτέρων, ἀντιδιαστελλομένων τοῖς ἑσπερίοις Αἰθίοψι. Καὶ γὰρ καθ' Ὅμηρον οἱ μὲν δυσομένου Ὑπερίονός εἰσιν, οἱ δὲ ἀνιόντος· ὡς ἐν τοῖς εἰς τὸ αʹ τῆς Ὀδυσσείας γέγραπται.
