Ἔτι δίχα ἡ ὑπὸ ΚΕΓ τῇ ΕΛ· ἡ ΕΓ ἄρα τρὸς ΓΛ μείζονα λόγον ἔχει ἤπερ τὰ δχογ L΄ πρὸς ρνγ | Πάλιν γὰρ διὰ τὴν διχοτομίαν τῆς γωνίας ἐστὶν ὡς ἡ ΚΕ πρὸς ΕΓ, ἡ ΚΛ πρὸς ΛΓ· καὶ συνθέντι ὡς συναμφότερος ἡ ΚΕ, ΕΓ πρὸς ΕΓ, ἡ ΚΓ πρὸς ΓΛ· ἐναλλὰξ ὡς συναμφότερος ἡ ΚΕ, ΕΓ πρὸς ΓΚ, ἡ ΕΓ πρὸς ΛΓ. Καὶ ἔστιν ἡ μὲν ΚΕ βτλθ δ΄ καὶ ἔτι μορίου τινός, ἡ δὲ ΕΓ βτλδ δ΄ καὶ ἔτι μορίου τινός· συναμφότερος ἄρα ἡ ΚΕ, ΕΓ μείζων ἐστὶν ἢ δχογ L΄. Καί ἐστιν ἡ ΚΓ ρνγ· συναμφότερος ἄρα ἡ ΕΚ, ΕΓ πρὸς ΚΓ μείζονα λόγον ἔχει ἤπερ δχογ L΄ πρὸς ρνγ. Ὡς δὲ συναμφότερος ἡ ΚΕ, ΕΓ πρὸς ΚΓ, οὕτως ἡ ΕΓ πρὸς ΓΛ· καὶ ἡ ΕΓ ἄρα πρὸς ΓΛ μείζονα λόγον ἔχει ἤπερ δχογ L΄ πρὸς ρνγ.
