[Περὶ χρήσεως ὠμῆς λιθαργύρου.] Χωρὶς δὲ ἑψήσεως καθ’ ἑαυτὴν μὲν, ὡς ἔφην, ἐπὶ παρατριμμάτων ἐστὶ χρήσιμος. εἰ δὲ προπαρασκευασθείη δι’ ὄξους ἢ οἴνου τριβεῖσα καὶ ξηρανθεῖσα, τῶν δι’ ὑγρότητα δυσεπουλώτων ἑλκῶν ἴαμα γίνεται. καὶ εἴ γε βουληθείης ἄδηκτον αὐτὴν εἶναι, πλυτῇ χρήσῃ.
